| Andrew, Did you know that Target has decided to roll back diversity, equity, and inclusion policies, investments, and initiatives? They've officially bowed down to the anti-DEI dictates of the Trump Administration. This betrayal stings even more because of Target's decades of history supporting diversity initiatives and diverse communities. Now, they're showing their true colors — so we're joining people in Minnesota and Black Lives Matter Minnesota in calling for a nationwide boycott of Target stores starting February 1st. Let's call this what it is: UNACCEPTABLE. And let's show Target that we aren't foolish enough to miss the coincidence that this decision comes right before the start of Black History Month. Target should not see any of our Black dollars during Black History Month or any other time until they change course on this disastrous decision. A corporation headquartered in Minneapolis, where George Floyd was brutally murdered by the Minneapolis Police Department, should be renewing their commitment to racial justice. Instead, they're cravenly bowing in advance to Trump's attacks on DEI initiatives all over the country. We can't stand for this rollback of important initiatives for the Black community.
