Here's a fascinating psychology lesson you can use today.
In 2010, I launched Earn1K a few times and I learned a few critical insights about the psychology of taking action.
One thing I learned was that people will get SUPER-EXCITED about the free material...they'll say, "Yes! Please send me more lessons on ___!" They'll respond to blog posts. They'll fill out surveys.
When I ask them, "Have you gotten specific results out of my free material?" they'll say yes.
When I ask if they want to invest in themselves to continue getting material and earning more money, they'll say yes.
But when I open the Earn1K course, many people get nervous.
The FIRST thing they jump to is the price -- and despite all their comments about wanting to invest in themselves, grow their income, etc -- they start second-guessing themselves.
And their "code words" re-surface:
- "I don't have time"
- "I don't think anyone would pay me for my services"
- "I don't have an idea"
- "I don't trust myself to follow through"
And on and on.
Now, Earn1K isn't for everyone. If you can't afford it, you shouldn't join. But if you want to earn more money on the side, there is no better structured, step-by-step material to help you do it.
But you have to go deep to understand the code words.
When people use these code words, what they are ACTUALLY saying is:
"Is Earn1K for me?"
Anyone can promise grandiose results from a course. But once you see that the course is SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU AND YOUR SITUATION, you'll instantly know if it's right for you.
