| Hi Andrew, This email is specifically for business owners who are already successful and want to make a 2x-10x jump. It could be from $125K to $250K, $500K to $2.5mm, or $1.5mm to $5mm. If that's not you, please feel free to skip this email. I'll talk to you next week. But if you're a business owner generating 6- or 7-figure revenues, I'd like to talk. On a day-to-day basis, I usually write articles on psychology, business, or social skills. Maybe I'll tweet or post a video. But behind the scenes, my team and I have built a business that employs advanced business strategies to grow and expand. I'm looking for a few business owners who are already successful, but looking to move from "scrappy entrepreneur" to "CEO." This means answering questions like: - How do I stop "hustling" and build business systems that let me grow 2x-10x?
- What should I be spending time on? What should a CEO of my scale not be doing? How do I get it off my plate?
- Should I build a team? Where do I find these people? How much do I pay them?
- How do I apply the same business strategy that Fortune 500 companies use to decide which products to launch…and which to kill?
- What kind of pitfalls should I expect when I generate $500K…or $1mm…or $5mm?
You know, when I was 22, I read 22 Immutable Laws of Branding, a book that came highly recommended. I thought it was complete nonsense. 8 years later -- after growing IWT into a business with real revenues and a real team -- I re-read the book. I realized exactly what everyone had been talking about. It changed my entire worldview on branding. At 22, I wasn't ready for it. But at 30, I knew I was. Same for you and your business. The material I'll be covering is not entry-level tactics like "Where do I get more customers?" That's important, but I have other material for that. However, once you're generating substantial revenue, money alone is not the problem. You want to know what's the optimal way to grow (one that doesn't involve a lot of one-offs), how to build systems to amplify your results, and how to handle the increasing stress on your time. - For example, how did IWT transition from simply being a "personal finance blog" to offering 18+ successful products? What was the strategy behind that multi-year move? And what kind of invisible psychological barriers did I have to overcome as we made the move?
- How do we manage projects that span multiple time zones, months (even years), and are responsible for millions of dollars in revenue? What tools do we use?
- Why do so many online businesses stall at a certain revenue number…and the founder simply tries to do more of the same…harder and harder? How do you use strategy to break out of that rut?
Being a CEO is the highest stakes of business. It's also lonely. Who are you going to talk to about this? Most people wouldn't understand. Or they would accuse you of "humble bragging." Only other CEOs could understand. And that's exactly what I'm looking for -- a small group of ambitious CEOs who are committed to growth. I'll teach you some of IWT's most advanced strategies as well as the psychological frameworks I've built to transition from a blogger to a CEO. If you're interested, I'm sharing new material next week -- then I'll be opening an invitation-only course. To learn more, you must apply and be accepted. Here's the link. We will accept applications until Sunday 6/21 at 9:00pm ET. If this sounds like a good fit, I look forward to reading your application. Thanks, -Ramit |
